Jacqueline was born and raised in the city of Goiania, Goias(state), Brasil, South America.  She earned a Bachelor degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Universidade Catolica De Goias' in 1989 and a Bachelor degree in Visual Arts from the Universidade Federal De Goias' in 1997, Goiania, Goias, Brasil.

Jacqueline creates paintings and murals in acrylics as well as other mediums.  She also creates, mosaics, faux finishes, restores antique furniture and provides interior decorating services and consultations.
